Important Update: Age Verification Now Required for Hemp-Derived Products

As part of that commitment, and in full compliance with Texas law, we are now required to demand and verify government-issued photo identification to ensure that customers are 21 years of age or older for all online orders of hemp-derived cannabinoid products.
This requirement aligns with the emergency rules adopted by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), which went into effect in October, 2025, and prohibit the sale of consumable hemp products to anyone younger than 21. How We’re Verifying Orders
When you checkout on our site, you’ll be asked to upload a clear image of your government-issued photo ID. A member of our team will manually verify your government ID’s validity. Once the verification is complete, we will process your order. If no ID is uploaded during checkout, we will reach out to you to ask for an ID before we ship out your order.
Please note that we may retain your ID image for up to two (2) years, after which it will be permanently deleted from our servers. We do not share your ID or personal data with any external parties. It remains securely stored and is used solely for age verification compliance.
