Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, usually delivered within 5–7 business days through USPS or UPS. Orders are processed Monday through Thursday. Any order placed after Thursday at 12 PM CST (including weekends) will ship Monday morning. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your package is on its way.

For faster delivery, we offer UPS 2-Day Air for a flat $10 fee. Orders placed before 12 PM CST, Monday–Thursday, ship the same day; orders placed after that cutoff ship the next business morning.

Return policy

We do not currently accept returns for our products unless a package is damaged during transit or defective. Should a package arrive to your home damaged, please reach out to our customer support team with details so we can make it right: info@jammincanna.com.
