New Childproof Packaging for Our Edibles

You may notice a new look on Hemp for Health by Jammin Canna edibles, including our Jammin Jellies, Lucky Leaf, Chocolate Hearts, and Pecan Pralines. Our formulations’ recipe, flavor, potency and health benefits have not changed. Only the packaging has been updated with child-resistant lids to comply with the updated Texas consumable hemp rules, which require consumable hemp products to be packaged in tamper-evident and child-resistant packaging. Texas DSHS cites this requirement under 25 Texas Administrative Code §300.405.

At Jammin Canna, we fully support the Texas Legislature and the Texas Department of State Health Services in helping ensure hemp edibles are responsibly packaged and accessible to adults only, ages 21 and older. The new jars are simply part of that commitment: same delicious edibles, same physician-formulated quality, safer and compliant packaging.
