Jammin Canna is growing, and we’re excited to share that we are currently looking to add a Sales Representative to our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working in the field, and helping medical, wellness, and fitness-focused partners connect their patients and customers with physician-formulated, Texas-made CBD products. As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for outreach to clinics, wellness businesses, and health professionals in the Houston Area, sharing education, partnership opportunities, and trusted solutions for pain relief, recovery, stress, and sleep support.

We’re looking for a motivated, professional self-starter with sales or outreach experience, strong communication and time management skills, and reliable transportation. Familiarity with the hemp or wellness space is a plus, but curiosity and a willingness to learn are just as important. This is an in-person role with paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for growth as the company expands. We are looking for someone available at least 30/week during normal business hours.

Full Job Description

Hemp for Health by Jammin Canna is a therapeutic CBD product manufacturer and retailer located in Gonzales, Texas. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow our network of medical, holistic, athletic, and wellness business partners in the Houston area. This is a contract, remote position requiring at least 30 hours per week, focused on building relationships with physicians, clinics, and wellness-focused businesses that want to recommend doctor-formulated, Texas-made, third-party lab-tested CBD products to their patients.

We are looking for a candidate who is available to work 4 days a week during business hours, 8 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential business partners using Google, LinkedIn, and other tools.
  • Visit leads in person and present our Partnering Programs to clinics, wellness-focused businesses, fitness centers, and health professionals.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person informational meetings with medical professionals.
  • Deliver clear presentations, answer questions, and share educational resources on hemp and CBD.
  • Maintain follow-up communication (calls, emails, SMS) during business hours.
  • Track leads and outreach efforts; some leads will be provided, but independent scouting is required.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and maintain daily communication with the Jammin Canna team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related outreach.
  • Comfort with outbound sales, including cold calls and in-person presentations.
  • Strong technology skills: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and email communications.
  • Ability to learn quickly about the CBD and medical industry.
  • Clean, professional appearance; strong communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation; willingness to drive to visit leads in Houston and nearby cities and towns.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and organized with excellent time management.
  • Availability during standard business hours.
  • Bonus (nice to have): Background in pharmaceutical sales or the medical field.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base hourly pay ($20-24/h range) with commission opportunities after training and a trial period.
